This scholarship was established in 2004 in honor of former TETA Chairman Perry Brown, who passed away in 2003.  It is awarded to a minimum of one person per year and includes an all-inclusive paid trip to the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC).  If interested, please read the information below.  The winners are announced each winter at the Tennessee Educational Technology Conference (TETC) during the TETA general meeting.
