Technical Learning Network

 

The TETA Technical Learning Network is a collaborative group comprising technicians and technology professionals who support the computer systems in Tennessee's school systems. This network serves as a vital platform for fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration among those responsible for maintaining and advancing educational technology. Members meet monthly to discuss pressing issues impacting the technology infrastructure and programs used in schools, such as software updates, cybersecurity challenges, hardware integration, and the implementation of new educational tools. Through these discussions, the network promotes innovative solutions, professional growth, and the seamless operation of technology that enhances learning environments across the state.

We are leading the integration of technology in education by providing opportunities for innovation through modeling, networking, and advocacy.

TLN Objectives

  1. To provide an opportunity for district technology teams to learn and grow in their support of technology to impact learning. 
  2. To allow district technology teams across the state to network. 
  3. To be identified and recognized as an advocate for technology use in learning.
