Leadership and Privacy in Education Symposium

This symposium is being offered for those who are in administration and supervision at any level. This full day workshop that starts at 8:30 AM (CST) and ends at 3:30 PM (CST). Speakers include:
- Dr. Melanie Miller, Retired Director of Schools in Tennessee
- Gary Lily, Director of Schools, Collierville Schools
- Chuck Cagle, Education and Law Attorney
Lunch will be provided. TASL credit of 7 hours earned at this session.

When you register for TETC you will have the option to add-on one of the workshops below.

TSIN’s free platform resources: ElevateTN, Defined Learning and Defined Careers
- Cost $50
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (CST)
- 30 max attendees
This workshop will consist of a deep dive into the Defined Learning & Defined Careers platform which offers exposure and exploration of careers through project-based learning. The second half of the workshop will consist of a deep dive through the Elevate TN platform where students earn industry-recognized badges for their resumes while building skills that will support CCTE industry credentials and even apply for jobs. These platforms are offered at no cost to teachers that serve grades 6-12.
